In the mid-2000s, she was a part of a variety of films, including Then She Found Me 2007 with Helen Hunt, and Michael Clayton 2007, opposite George Clooney. In 2009, she played Teresa Stowe and Rabbi Renannah Zimmerman in Leaves of Grass. Her most well-known roles include those she played Jewish department store proprietor Rachel Menken Katz (AMC's Mad Men), Tara Knowles (FX's Sons of Anarchy), and Wendy Rhoades of the Showtime show Billions. She is also the current television spokesperson for Betterment's robotadvisor.
