Alyson got her first break as the cohost of Mike's Super Short Show on Disney Channel. Alyson Stoner was born on the 11th of August, 1993. She is an American musician, singer, voice actress and dancer. Stoner began her post with a statement that she does not reveal to others what is good for her. Stoner was looking to discuss her experience of how a renunciation to animals' products has made a difference to her overall health both physically as well as mentally.
